I rarely give gift to my Dad as there used
to be rift between us. I usually criticize my father for his shortcomings in
caring for us. I mean, this is the usual issue between father and son. The son
is always not content on how his father faced to the challenges of the times. The
father usually fall short on financial support and things like that. More than
this, the father usually has a vice, like drinking or smoking.
But this thing was over between my father
and me. I am a father too right now with a son of my own. I know now what are
the sacrifices that I must to do to take care of my family. And now that I has
dawned on me, it is now time to pay in return my father who fed us and sent us
to school.
